Description
Robocraft is a vehicular shooter, in which players build and then battle with their very own robotic creations. Robocraft features an incredibly flexible vehicle editor, which lets players place individual blocks in hundreds of configurations, giving them the ability to create truly unique robot designs.
These craft may then be augmented with a bevy of weapons, armor, radar systems. Players may even take to the sky and become flying fortresses, as they add thrusters, ailerons and even hover blades to their robots. Using tech points earned at the end of each match, these upgrades can be unlocked through Robocraft's progressive tech tree. As players add more powerful items to their vehicle, they'll move into higher tiers with greater rewards.
The objective in Robocraft is simple, destroy all enemies or capture their base. Attacking enemies with lasers, plasma launchers and railguns tear through an enemy's blocky exterior bit by bit until there's literally nothing left. Tactics play a key role here as a player will want to focus on taking out the enemy's weapons and movement systems in order to render them helpless. There's nothing quite like taking out a an enemy's hover blade and watching as their flying robot tumbles to the ground.
Robocraft currently offers 4 maps set across two different environments, with promises to add more content in the near future.
